I am a girl and even I could replace these jets. You just twist counter clock wise until you feel the jet stop. Then you just give it a good twist out. Then the new jet justs pops right it clock wise. Way easier than the old Hotspring spa I had before. I had to pay a technician $200 just to come out and replace 1 jet.
